Yes. The Inspecora app was specifically built to work both with no internet connection and during temporary outages. We designed dedicated indicators in the app that show whether the server is currently reachable, what has already been uploaded, and what has not yet been uploaded to the server. If there is no network at all, or if the connection drops while data is being sent, the data will be correctly saved to the Inspecora server as soon as you return to an area with available internet. Until then, the data is stored reliably on your mobile phone. The only limitation is that you need internet access to download inspection assignments. You can do this in advance.

Usually, an inspection customer needs to configure 2 to 5 processes. For example: Receiving a cross-border shipment. Receiving products from a local supplier. Cross-checking, when the main receiving inspection is performed by a third-party survey company. In any case, when you connect to the Inspecora platform and continue working with it, our specialists will help determine whether a separate process is needed or whether an existing one is enough. Configuring a new process takes no more than 15 minutes.

Yes, integrations are possible. The system was built with future customer-service integrations in mind. If the companies you work with use Inspecora, you do not need to create separate accounts. You work under one account and have access to all requests from all of your companies.

Inspecora runs in reliable Russian cloud providers. All your data is securely protected in accordance with Russian Federal Law 152-FZ. We regularly back up your data. Our entire infrastructure fully complies with Russian legislation.

All inspection data belongs exclusively to you. Inspecora uses cloud storage where each client's data is securely isolated at the account level. You manage access and information-sharing settings yourself. We may use anonymized and aggregated data for training computer-vision models or preparing industry statistics only with your explicit consent.
